Men of Words Podcast
Welcome to the Men of Words Podcast! This is a platform for conversation with successful people about Mental Health. Our aim is to speak to males at the top of their fields across sport, business, music and anything in between to hear stories of adversity, failure, success and the Mental Health journey throughout. Opening up about these issues is historically not our strong-suit as males and that is the area we are hoping to have some affect. Liam (Murph) and Michael (Muff) are long time friends with intersecting journeys through the highs and lows of Mental Health, having had personal and professional relationships for years and many conversations like the ones we are choosing to have with these elite performers. Our goal is a simple one. If we can motivate someone to have a conversation about their mental health, be it with friends, family or a professional, then we have achieved our goal. Thanks so much for listening, for any questions or queries please contact us through Instagram @menofwordspodcast or email us at menofwordspodcast@gmail.com If you need support, it's there. Talk to a friend, family, your GP or call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

#27 WOMEN OF WORDS - Steph Claire Smith
Got a question? Text us here and we’ll respond next ep! Mow.
Today our conversation is with Steph Claire Smith! Model, Brand Ambassador, Podcast host & founder of the health & wellness community Keep It Cleaner... Steph is already flat chat and with her little 10 month old legend Harvey in tow, we are extremely grateful she was able to join us for a conversation!!
Steph has an incredible demeanour and a great attitude towards health & fitness. the KIC community is all about getting healthy but with the foundation of positive body & mind relationships - that is making sure the exercise & the effort we are putting in is bringing joy to your lives rather than fulfilling some less meaningful, superficial goal.
We are very grateful to SCS for sharing the way she did in this chat, talking about pressure in the modelling industry early on in her career & the negative relationships it fostered with her health & body, through to finding a much better balance & devoting her work to promoting that with her best mate Laura with Keep It Cleaner.
We are so grateful to Steph and the KIC team for getting this one together & can't recommend the KIC app highly enough! Liam & I tried a couple workouts & oh boy... talk about a booty burn!!
Enjoy the chat!
