Our chat today is a special one. A chance to catch up with each other during this Mental Health Awareness month and we reflect on the 2 week journal challenge.
It is so nice to hear the introspection Murph got from the journalling, even if he didn't make it the 2 weeks straight and to be honest it doesn't matter. To come out the other end and be more understanding and have grown a little make's it all worth it.
