Got a question? Text us here and we’ll respond next ep! Mow.

Todays chat is with Mr. Matthew Murphy or Murph as he has lovingly been known here in Australia for many years. He is the leader of the enormously successful and incredible band the Wombats and as a part of his side project, Love Fame Tragedy is making even more music if you can believe it!!

Murph is in LA so we joined him via Zoom as a throwback and it was head first into all things Mental Health. He is 19 months into sobriety, a father of 2, working prolifically and doing the work on himself. So open about all of it and we are very grateful for the conversation. Enjoy!

CW: This episode speaks about the devastating issues of gendered violence in Australia and may be triggering for some people to hear. Support services are available and we encourage anyone to speak out when they feel they can't.
