In this episode, we chat to Melbourne City footballer Josh Brillante. This was a really interesting conversation, covering Josh's globe-trotting football career and the pressures that accompany it. He speaks to the importance of his family and partner Lucy in his life and of course his success in football, in his words "when he is happy outside of football, the football is better".
Josh was so open to being a part of the Men of Words and this is particularly inspiring because as he talks about in the episode, like most of us he hasn't always had the best understanding of Mental Health - we love that he has become such a big supporter of this space and we are looking forward to him spreading the word even further!
