Matt's basketball career is an interesting journey spanning a few continents and even including a Psychology degree for good measure! In this chat, we hear Matt's perspective on his career and behaviour as he grew up in the professional sports realm and it was really clear to Murph and I that he has an incredible ability to reflect on his experience and identify the good and the bad. We felt we could really see a deeper understanding of Mental Health in Matt that made this a really engaging and enjoyable conversation.
