Today our conversation is with Jarrod Woodgate - probably most well known as a contestant on the Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise over the last couple of years, managing Toms Cap Winery and self-professed "stage 5 clinger"!
Jarrod is an awesome fella, he is deeply passionate about a heap of different causes and we talk about a few throughout the conversation. We also talk about his life growing up, time in the military and his experiences with PTSD. We were very impressed by how open and vulnerable Jarrod was willing to be in this chat, he really embraces his feelings be it positive or negative and talks about some of the big improvements he's made in the last 12 months for his own Mental Health.
