Australian Entertainer Rob ‘Millsy’ Mills
We loved our chat with Rob ‘Millsy’ Mills! Like a lot of people, we first came to know Millsy on Australian Idol and from there he has done a lot in the world of entertainment. Albums and tours of his original music, starring roles on stage all over Australia, acting roles on Neighbours and just a tonne more!
Rob has a great perspective on Mental Health. He sees it as an imperfect, inconsistent thing that we are all trying to balance and super importantly, he recognises that you need to learn to give yourself a break and be ok with not being ok.
