Men of Words Podcast
Welcome to the Men of Words Podcast! This is a platform for conversation with successful people about Mental Health. Our aim is to speak to males at the top of their fields across sport, business, music and anything in between to hear stories of adversity, failure, success and the Mental Health journey throughout. Opening up about these issues is historically not our strong-suit as males and that is the area we are hoping to have some affect. Liam (Murph) and Michael (Muff) are long time friends with intersecting journeys through the highs and lows of Mental Health, having had personal and professional relationships for years and many conversations like the ones we are choosing to have with these elite performers. Our goal is a simple one. If we can motivate someone to have a conversation about their mental health, be it with friends, family or a professional, then we have achieved our goal. Thanks so much for listening, for any questions or queries please contact us through Instagram @menofwordspodcast or email us at menofwordspodcast@gmail.com If you need support, it's there. Talk to a friend, family, your GP or call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Conversation #24 - Glenn Marsden
Got a question? Text us here and we’ll respond next ep! Mow.
Todays chat is with CEO & Founder of The Imperfectly Perfect Campaign, Glenn Marsden.
Glenn is Business Strategist and International Guest Speaker (works with Celebrities, Miss World Contestants, Professional Athletes and Corporate Leaders) & the Imperfectly Perfect Campaign has seen over 350 of the world’s most influential people (from celebrities to corporate leaders) join the campaign and help grow its reach to over 5 million people.
Glenn hosts the Imperfectly Perfect Podcast, which we love chatting to a fellow host and he is an advocate with real conversations about Mental Health. Stemming from his own experiences with Mental Health & Body Dysmorphia in particular, Glenn has come through his own with a great perspective on this issue ESPECIALLY in men.
We appreciate Glenn jumping on this chat, it is a particularly deep dive into 'comparisonitis' and some other topics that can be a bit of a confronting listen for some.
As always, if any of the topics covered touch on your personal experiences, there are services to assist you.
